Clinical Research

Our Cardiovascular Medicine researchers are actively involved in an array of clinical and basic science research endeavors. Projects range from examining Medicare data sets to addressing clinical and healthcare policy challenges to advanced genetic research at our zebrafish facility, where we gain insight into congenital diseases through studying vertebrate development. In addition to clinical research and device development, Yale scientists also conduct translational pre-clinical research to develop and refine technologies to improve anatomic, physiological and molecular imaging.
