Our program is widely known for its contributions to the field of breast cancer research. Our database of conservatively managed breast cancer patients, which contains clinical data on over 2,000 patients, complemented by detailed pathologic and molecular information, is one of the largest in the world, and has been the foundation of more than 100 articles in the medical literature.
We participate in a number of national trials in the management of breast cancer. Clinical trials are vital to advancing research and bringing the newest treatments and technologies to patients as quickly and as safely as possible.
